Project Readiness Review

Submit a project dossier for verification and an independent readiness assessment against the bank's documentation standard. One submission covers one project. A facilitator acting for several projects submits each separately.

Review fee: €500 per project, flat and non-refundable. It covers the document intake, completeness check and the written readiness report. It is not applied to, or dependent on, the financing amount.

Who you are paying. The review fee is collected by TERA AG, the group company that handles payments for RegMantle. Your PayPal receipt will name TERA AG and your statement will carry the reference REGMANTLE REVIEW. Expect that name, not ours.

What this is not. This is a paid assessment of your documents, nothing more. It is not an offer of finance, not a commitment, not a pre-approval, and it creates no expectation that funding will follow. If the review finds your dossier incomplete, that finding is the service you paid for. Anyone who tells you a fee secures, reserves or accelerates financing is not speaking for us.
